Some old turkey friends, George & Donna Leidolf came for a visit last week. I am not calling them names the "Turkeys" was/is a Bell Labs softball team/social club that started back in the 70's under a different name and has been going ever since. It is hard to believe but I have been friends with George for over 40 years.

On Sunday we took a ride to Deer Isle to have lunch. On the way we saw the flashing lights of a Maine DNR vehicle as we slowed down we saw why. There was a young bull moose walking along the highway. The conservation officer said the moose was confused because he probably just got kicked out of the house.
