Monday July 21. Today we make the trip to Sag Harbor on our bikes. In order to get there from Greenport you have to take a ferry to Shelter Island ride to the other side of the island and then take another ferry to North Haven. From there it is 3 miles to Sag Harbor. Several people had told us about a pizza place that was a good place for lunch, of course they are closed Mondays. So we had to settle for a little place down the street where we bought a couple of slices and took them down to a table by the harbor. They were so good we had to go back and get a couple more. After taking the ferry back to Shelter Island and riding across the island to the area of the ferry to Greenport we were kinda of dry so had to spend $15 for a couple of brews. As one of the other workers here says, "Welcome to the land of rape and robbery." Back in Greenport we stopped at our favorite rasberry patch to pick some for breakfast. Enjoy the pictures.
