North Ranch is the Escapee Park in Congress, AZ. They have a nice level campground with some deeded lots where you can build a house or just put in an RV pad or both. The weather was mild while we were there but is probably pretty warm in the summer. Here is a picture of the landscaping around the entrance. They have a club house a large rec hall and a 3 stall work shed where they play pickle ball.
Here we are set up in the campground. They are close enough to Phoenix that they get over 40 channels over the air of course about 1/2 are Spanish speaking,
Below are just a few of the houses we saw riding around the property.
We could own this modular home for $124,000. It was a nice looking trailer with a shed and RV hook-ups on the property and not much maintenance required. At least in an RV community no one should complain about you parking your RV next to your house.
