We finished up with the Candy Shop yesterday and went to the local casino to see if they had any good restaurants. We had a glass of wine at the bar and decided that our favorite brewery downtown looked much better. So it was off to the brewery where we had the special of the day, 4 pints of micro brew and a pizza for $15.99. This morning it was time to clean and do two weeks worth of laundry.
The trailer and clothes are clean so we decided to get some exercise and take a hike up the mountain behind our site. The temperature has been been quite cool down into the 20's at night and 50's in the afternoon.
As you can see there is some beautiful scenery from on top of the mountains.
Just over the hill is this Walker Lake and with many hiking trails. It looks like you could easily push this rock right into the lake.
The water like most lakes in the west is crystal clear. The breeze off of the water is quite cool.
Home is just over the hill.
