It is about a 6 mile bike ride from the campground to Hoover Dam. Most of it is via an old RR bed that was used during the construction of the Dam.

We were here a couple of years ago and the new bridge was under construction. It is finished now.
You can see the little beach just below the dam where we will be launching our kayaks on Easter Sunday. We are kayaking 12 miles of the Colorado just below the dam know as Black River Canyon. The Park Service controls the area and only allows 30 boats to launch a day. Be sure and check back for the trip pictures.
