Hike to Liberty Bell Arch

 We head out to mile marker 4 in AZ to hike.  Here is a picture taken from the new bridge across the Colorado River just south of the Hoover Dam.
They say this bridge cut an hour off of the trip from Las Vegas to Phoenix.

 I think we are heading to the Rock on the right.
We had the choice to hike to the AZ Hot Springs or the Arch.  Since there are warnings not to submerse your head in the springs because there could be brain eating amoeba in the water, Linda is going no where near those springs.

Above is the new bridge.  To the right is the arch as we move from around from the north to the south and head up to the plateau to get a look at the river.
