It looks like a real boat but it is a remote controlled model that a couple of guys were running as we launched our kayaks.
We saw Mr. & Mrs, Duck along the way.
We kayaked by the water intake for the water treatment plant.
Here we are having lunch on the beach.
As you can see the water level is much lower than the highest pool stage.
At the high pool stage this island is underwater.

On our way back we passed the beach where we had lunch and saw this pair of coyotes playing on the beach.
